When I first tasted the pigless bacon chip I knew it was a pure white space in the snack game. It wasn’t just the best tasting plant-based chip I had ever tried, it was the best-tasting chip I had ever had in my life. Period.
Initially called Fresh Soul, I pushed Bill to try and think of a concept that pushed the boundaries in the typically conservative better for you snack space. I’ll never forget the day he suggested the name Pigout for the chips. It was shockingly perfect. We worked together to develop the look and feel for the brand, and the rest is history.
