Made By Science merged with Gesundheit Foods to create Form Factory and sold to Acreage Holdings Inc, the largest vertically integrated, multi-state owner of cannabis licenses and assets in the U.S. $100k from the Made By Science exit has been contributed to the Do-Or-Dier Visionary Foundation.
