The Do-Or-Dier Visionary Foundation is excited to announce its first round of partnerships with BUILD, a non-profit that uses entrepreneurship to ignite the full potential of youth in under-resourced communities, and Defy Ventures, an organization that leverages entrepreneurship to increase economic opportunity for formerly incarcerated individuals.
Both BUILD and Defy Ventures offer curriculum-based programs that focus on equipping their participants with entrepreneurial mindsets. In an effort to reward and further inspire the organizations’ graduates, DODVF will be hosting two sets of See It, Believe It, Do It Challenges, one for each non-profit.
To participate in BUILD’s See It, Believe It, Do It Challenge student teams must complete video submissions that outline their business ideas within the broader context of their overall life vision. Applicants will then be vetted by Rob, DODVF leadership, and our partners at BUILD to land on 4 finalists. 4th place finalists will earn $5,000 to be split between the team and their school; 3rd place will earn $6,000 to be split between the team and their school; the runner up team will receive $10,000 to be split between the team and their school, and the Do-Or-Dier Visionary winning team will appear on Build With Rob, and receive $20,000 to be split between the team and their school.
To participate in Defy Ventures’ See It, Believe It, Do It Challenge program graduates must complete video submissions that outline their business ideas within the broader context of their overall life vision. Applicants will then be vetted by Rob, DODVF leadership, and our partners at Defy Ventures to land on 4 finalists. The 4th place finalist will earn $2,000; the 3rd place finalist will earn $3,000 the runner up will receive $5,000, and the Do-Or-Dier Visionary winner will appear on Build With Rob and receive $10,000.
The Do-Or-Dier Visionary Foundation will also be making $20,000 contributions to both BUILD and Defy Ventures to support their missions.

Applications for both See It, Believe It, Do It Challenges have officially opened for members of the BUILD and Defy Ventures programs and will run through the end of April. Be on the lookout for the winners from both sets of See It, Believe It, Do It Challenges on Build With Rob early this summer.
