Last year, in partnership with BUILD, a non-profit that uses entrepreneurship to ignite the full potential of youth in under-resourced communities, we hosted the See It, Believe It, Do It Challenges. Student teams completed video submissions outlining their business idea as it related to their broader life vision for a chance to win up to $20,000 and appear on Build With Rob.
One of the winners of the See It, Believe It, Do It Challenge, 16-year-old Jalen Jahn is now crowdfunding to raise funds for his eponymous Jalen Jahn brand, an American luxury footwear label highlighting youth and street culture in high fashion. The brand focuses on bringing awareness to social issues such as gun violence through design.
Jalen has 12 days to reach his goal of $25,000 to launch the vegan, sustainably designed Unstoppable sneaker. The Unstoppable trainer comes in three colorways and will begin shipping this June.
